Chilly, crisp air, trees, and so many mountains.


I took it all in, right from the rooftop parking lot of Seattle-Tacoma International Airport.

Somehow we came out of Winter and made it out of the long tunnel.


Spring was still wet, but regardless people flocked to let their skin drink the glimpses of sunshine.
And so did the cherry blossoms.

Then I had to say goodbye.

I could never have imagined how hard it would be. Not when I took in that sight, nine months earlier, stepping off from the other side of the world.
